Returns Policy
If you would like to return an unopened wholesale roll there will be a restocking charge of £20.00 per roll.
Please contact us first by email regarding returns as we need to email a returns form to you with instructions on how to return an item. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible when we have received the faulty goods with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, cut, accessories missing etc. unfortunately cannot be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
Any claims for non-delivery or faulty items must be made in writing within seven days of receipt. Any returns must also be made in writing within seven days of receipt.
All postage for returned items is the responsibility and payable by the customer (except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent items) who must use a trackable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
